2. Booking and Appointments

• Scheduling:      Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in      person.
• Cancellations:      Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the      scheduled appointment to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may      be subject to a fee.
• Arrival:      Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals      may result in a shortened session time.

3. Payment

• Payments      are due at the time of booking or immediately after the service.
• All      prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be confirmed at      the time of booking.

4. Refund Policy

• Services      are non-refundable once rendered.
• Refunds      for cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy outlined above.

• Client      Responsibility: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies,      or injuries before your session.
• Therapist      Discretion: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if      we believe they are not safe or appropriate for the client.

Clients must behave respectfully toward therapists and staff at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and authorities may be notified.
